I had mixed feelings about my stay here. The room views of the lake and mountains were truly stunning, and the overall ambiance was lovely. However, there were some significant issues such as the air conditioning turning off at night and some cleanliness concerns that detracted from the experience.

My stay at the Estes Park Resort had some beautiful lake views, which made for a nice atmosphere. However, the service left much to be desired, particularly regarding health and safety practices. The rooms could use some serious updates considering the price point. While the outdoor spaces were lovely, the overall experience didn't meet my expectations for such a high-end resort.

The room we received was painfully overpriced at $359.00 + tax, and the state of the room felt more like a motel than a resort. It had a faulty lock and a safe that didn’t lock, which was concerning. It was nice to have a TV, microwave, and mini fridge, but overall, it just felt like the room needed a complete remodel.

Unfortunately, the service didn’t meet my standards. I encountered staff who were not following safety protocols regarding mask-wearing, which completely undermined my confidence in their practices. The management seemed indifferent to these issues and cited employee training as a reason for the lack of enforcement.
